RETURN POLICY

The Goods Received Are Wrong, Damaged, or Faulty

At Podblink, we are committed to addressing cases where customers receive incorrect, damaged, or faulty items. The following cases are covered under this policy:

  • Mismatched products: Items that differ from the description on the website, including wrong items, materials, or sizes.
  • Damaged products: Items that are torn, dirty, wet, or have defective fabrics.
  • Print issues: Products with blurred, misplaced, or defective prints.
  • Post-wash defects: Items damaged after the first wash due to manufacturing defects.

For assistance, please contact our Customer Support Team within 30 days of delivery. For claims beyond 30 days from the date of delivery, Podblink cannot guarantee support.

To process your return request, please provide:

  1. Order information to confirm your purchase.
  2. Photos of the packaging label for verification.
  3. Photos of the items and size tag/neck label to identify the product.
  4. Detailed photos of the damage or issues, clearly showing differences from the product description.

Note: For orders with multiple items, provide photos/videos of all products displayed side by side on a flat surface. Upon receiving the required proof and confirming eligibility, we will issue a refund to the original payment method immediately.


The Item Is the Wrong Size From the One Ordered

If you receive an item with incorrect measurements compared to the size guide (a discrepancy exceeding 1.5 inches from standard measurements), we are here to assist.

To proceed, please contact our Customer Support Team within 30 days of receiving your order. Unfortunately, claims made after 30 days cannot be supported.

Please provide the following:

  1. Order information for verification.
  2. Photos of the items and size tag/neck label clearly displayed.
  3. Photos of actual measurements (e.g., width and length) taken with a measuring tape.

Note: For orders with multiple items, provide photos/videos of all products side by side on a flat surface.

Once the discrepancy is confirmed, we will process a refund immediately to the original payment method.


Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a product defect or an error on our part.
  • In cases of product defects or errors, we will cover the return shipping costs.

REFUND POLICY

Lost Items

If your order is lost during shipping, we guarantee to assist you.

  1. Once the tracking system marks your order as delivered, we will send you an email confirmation.
  2. If you haven’t received the package, please:
    • Check your mailbox and surrounding areas.
    • Review security footage, if applicable.
    • Confirm with neighbors or your local post office.

If the package cannot be located, contact our Customer Support Team within 30 days of delivery and provide:

  • Order information (order code, shipping address, recipient’s details).
  • Verified shipping address.
  • Confirmation from your local post office that the package was not received.

After verifying the information, we will issue a refund to the original payment method immediately. For claims made after 30 days, Podblink cannot guarantee support.


Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your order within 4 hours of purchase by submitting a cancellation request. Once canceled, the payment will be refunded to your original payment method.

After 4 hours, Podblink will not support order cancellations or modifications.


Eligibility for Refunds

To qualify for a refund:

  • The item must be returned within 30 days of delivery.
  • The item must be in its original condition, unused, with all tags and packaging intact.
  • Personalized or custom-made items may not be eligible for refunds unless there is a manufacturing defect.

Refund Process

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5-7 business days for the amount to reflect in your account, depending on your payment provider’s processing times.
